Assistant Store Manager – Zales (Vintage Faire Mall, Modesto, CA)

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll also help with training, recruiting, and enforcing company policies.

Requirements:

• 1+ year retail experience (jewelry/specialty retail preferred)
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Pay & Perks:

• Base pay: $16.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
