The only enclosed, super-regional mall in California’s Central Valley, Vintage Faire continues to solidify its position as the area’s preeminent shopping destination. A key factor in the center’s success is its location adjacent to Hwy 99, a natural geographic destination for retailers expanding from Sacramento to Los Angeles. To ensure the mall’s market dominance, Macerich completed a $10 million renovation in Spring 2002 and opened The Village lifestyle center in Fall 2008.
