- Copies and Faxes: Our conveniently located Guest Services Center is equipped to assist you with most of your copying and faxing needs for a nominal fee.
- Vehicle Jump Starts: Our Security Department can assist with vehicle jump starts.
- Calls for Taxi/ Lock Out Services: Assistance with calling a taxi or lock out services. Need information on how to get to or from the Vintage Faire Mall? Our Guest Services Center has information on driving directions from several locations and can assist you with Dial A Ride and taxi services if needed.
- Mall Directories: Pick up a mall directory at Guest Services or any directory panel inside the mall or Village.
- Guest Information or Assistance: Call or stop by our Guest Services Center for any information regarding special mall and community events, store sales and promotions, and mall directories.

- Club F.I.T Mall Walking Program: The Vintage Faire Mall provides a safe, temperature-controlled environment for comfortable exercise walking. Members are invited to Quarterly Breakfasts and receive rewards for miles logged walking at the center.
